About The Position

We're looking for a high-energy, personable, and ambitious Onboarding & Demo Specialist to be the first point of contact for brands joining Trybe. You'll spend most of your day connecting with inbound brands over video calls, introducing them to our platform, walking them through how it works, and getting them excited to start using Trybe. This isn't a traditional, quota-driven sales role. It's about creating an exceptional first impression, building relationships, communicating value, and making sure every brand gets off to a great start. You'll also identify high-potential brands and connect them with our growth team to help them scale. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is confident on calls, eager to learn, and wants to grow quickly within a fast-moving startup.

• Comfortable on camera: You're confident leading video calls throughout the day.
• 0–2 years of professional experience preferred. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer-facing experience in sales, customer success, hospitality, retail, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with social media, creator marketing, UGC, digital advertising, or e-commerce.
• Experience presenting, demonstrating products, or speaking with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demos: Run back-to-back video calls with inbound brands, introducing Trybe and demonstrating how the platform works.
• Drive brand onboarding: Help new brands understand how to get started, work with creators, and launch their first campaigns.
• Create excitement: Clearly communicate Trybe's value and help brands see the opportunities available through the platform.
• Identify growth opportunities: Recognize high-potential brands and connect them with our Brand Growth Managers.
• Ensure smooth handoffs: Route brands to the appropriate Account Management or Growth team with clear context and next steps.
• Stay organized: Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, and follow-ups.
• Share insights: Communicate common questions, objections, and product feedback to help improve the onboarding experience.
