About The Position

CLA is a national professional services firm dedicated to creating opportunities for clients, employees, and communities through various services including wealth advisory, digital, audit, tax, consulting, and outsourcing. The National Consulting & Onboarding Team is focused on providing an expedient and best-in-class onboarding experience for clients. This role will concentrate on developing innovative processes, maximizing technology utilization, and fostering a client-centric culture.

Requirements

3 years of relevant experience required.
Strong communication skills, both written & verbal.
Strong project and time management skills.
Ability to adapt and change with client needs and deadlines.
Knowledge on chart of accounts setup and conversions.
Proficiency in accounting systems such as QBO, QBD, and Xero.
Proficiency in AR/AP systems such as BILL and Ramp.
Proficiency with applicable software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field is preferred.
Experience in accounting or finance field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop innovative processes for client onboarding.
Utilize technology to its fullest extent in client onboarding.
Reinforce a culture where the client experience is paramount.
Provide knowledge on chart of accounts setup and conversions to make recommendations on improvements.
Make recommendations to improve chart of accounts and system setup and conversion.
Work across a wide variety of industries, pulling in additional industry expertise when needed.
Learn business drivers, strategy, risk areas, and accounting concerns.
Successfully utilize accounting systems such as QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), and Xero.
Utilize AR/AP systems such as BILL.com and Ramp.com.
Adapt and change with client needs and deadlines.
Remain accurate and consistent in task execution.
