Requirements

In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or other closely related degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Communicate effectively both orally and through writing.
Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, diverse team environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with HR, IT, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure accounts, equipment, and workspace access are ready for new hires.
Update onboarding checklists, presentations, guides, and internal resources.
Communicate weekly onboarding instructions and guidance to new team members, providing essential information and resources.
Guide new hires through required forms, policies, and procedures.
Process and support new hire onboarding through the HRMS.
Support the completion and verification of Form I-9s and other employment documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date team member records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Provide general administrative support such as preparing HR documents and maintaining HR databases and systems.
Assist with audits by organizing documentation, verifying records for accuracy, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Collect and organize onboarding feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement.
