Day in the Life of an Onboarding Experience Coordinator Manage the onboarding process to ensure collection of all documents for new hires. Assist Recruiting team in collection of new hire documents. Ensure compliance with personnel files. Assist with maintaining personnel files within HRIS. Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their employee profile. Provide direction for benefits, payroll, or HR questions. Provide excellent customer service to employees including current and former employees, as well as potential new hires.
