Position Overview The Onboarding Coordinator will support York’s Recruiting and Sales teams by guiding York’s Information Technology Consultants through the onboarding process from the time of a job offer through to their first day on assignment. The position is located in Brooklyn Park, MN and will report to the Director of Contracts and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Submit, track and review client-specific background screens
  • Prepare and send employment-specific offer letters, contracts and onboarding paperwork through York’s Employee Portal
  • Monitor consultants’ progress through pre-determined workflows leading up to the consultant’s first day on assignment
  • Serve as a point of contact for all questions related to York’s onboarding process and usage of the York Employee Portal
  • Support the Recruiting and Sales teams on an on-going basis
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, standards, and regulations
  • Utilize the VMS to enter data once workflow is complete
  • Track and update consultants on equipment shipping and setup leading up to the first day
  • Provide regular updates and feedback on consultant progress through the onboarding process to recruiting, sales and management; Escalate consultant questions, concerns and challenges to recruiting/sales/management as necessary
