About The Position

Onboarding Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Onboarding: Monitor and coordinate the onboarding lifecycle for new hires, from pre-employment screening through orientation, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork virtually. Ensure all required onboarding documentation is completed in a timely manner Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records in our HR and credentialing systems Facilitate comprehensive weekly onboarding sessions Training Monitor, evaluate, and maintain formal documentation of role-specific training and post-training assessments throughout the new hires’ first 90 days Join onboarding cohorts in person bi-weekly Communication & Coordination: In depth communication required (talk, text and email) Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during onboarding process Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate employee records Monitor and improve onboarding processes and materials Ensure a positive and engaging new hire experience Address and resolve onboarding-related issues in a timely manner Partner with HR, IT, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure day one readiness Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred Previous experience in onboarding, credentialing, or compliance within a healthcare or ABA setting preferred Knowledge of ABA industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Google Office Suite, Central Reach and familiarity with task management software systems is helpful Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment At Momentum Behavior Services, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members. Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in onboarding, credentialing, or compliance within a healthcare or ABA setting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of ABA industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite, Central Reach and familiarity with task management software systems is helpful
