About The Position

Let’s make moves! We are looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative onboarding experience for our employees. As an Onboarding Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support throughout the hiring and onboarding process. This role focuses on posting job requisitions, coordinating candidate communication, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring new hires are accurately entered into company systems. This role will require strong administrative duties which include maintaining employee records, managing documents, and updating the internal HR database.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of administrative, HR, or recruiting coordination experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and technology

  • Experience posting job requisitions and coordinating interviews
  • Familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS/ATS platforms
  • Experience supporting multiple hiring managers or departments

Responsibilities

  • Post and maintain job requisitions across internal and external job boards
  • Monitor applicant flow and ensure candidate information is accurate and up to date Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure timely responses and next steps
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for hiring managers for administrative hiring needs
  • Track open roles and hiring status and provide regular updates to HR leadership
  • Ensure required approvals are obtained prior to extending offers
  • Enter and maintain candidate and new hire information in Paycom
  • Initiate and track hiring workflows, including offer letters and pre-employment tasks
  • Ensure new hires are properly set up in the system prior to their start date
  • Send welcome communications and start-date information to new hires
  • Monitor completion of pre-employment paperwork and follow up as needed
  • Coordinate start dates and first-day logistics with HR and hiring managers
  • Ensure all required hiring documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain organized, confidential records related to hiring and onboarding
  • Escalate issues or delays to HR leadership as appropriate
