About The Position

AppDirect is seeking an Onboarding Consultant who is passionate about working in cross-functional teams to coordinate and manage the process of onboarding companies. The ideal candidate has a desire to help customers get the most out of software, enjoys finding creative solutions, and has experience working with customers to understand their personal and business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer experience, project coordination, implementations, or related roles
  • Focused on finding new and effective ways to improve processes and provide value to clients
  • Able to communicate effectively and succinctly, conveying value to customers with clarity
  • Previous experience in the partnerships space
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to self-start and learn on the job
  • A solid understanding of SaaS businesses and a keen interest in keeping up with the industry
  • A collaborative team player who can effectively manage stakeholder expectations
  • Able to successfully prioritize competing tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on the PartnerStack platform and continuously learn features being released and suggest how to improve our product
  • Coordinate and guide customer onboarding projects from kick-off to launch. This includes the creation of work back schedules and acting as the primary point of contact
  • Train customers on various aspects of the Partnerstack platform
  • Document key decisions that will help guide the customers with future platform decisions
  • Conduct extensive discovery about partner experiences, goals and pain points in an effort to make informed and consultative recommendations
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to help customers launch their program in the most effective way
