Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, references, data validation, links).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word or similar tools (formatting, styles, cross-references, table of contents).
  • Ability to follow technical documentation and maintain clear internal notes.
  • Previous 2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred.
  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SEC filings or financial documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience and help clients realize value quickly.
  • Track onboarding milestones and resolve challenges to keep projects on schedule.
  • Act as a reliable and friendly point of contact for clients throughout onboarding.
  • Respond promptly to client questions and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Learn new product features and assist clients in integrating tools into their workflows.
  • Prepare and maintain SEC filing and other base documents according to RDG standards.
  • Develop and validate linked Excel workbooks, ensuring formulas, named ranges, and data mappings are correct.
  • Troubleshoot basic software issues and coordinate with technical teams for complex problems.
  • Maintain positive and professional interactions with clients and team members.
