About The Position

This is a 100% remote contract position for an OnBase System Analyst with a duration of 6+ months. The role involves analyzing End-to-End RIMs processes, including integrations with other systems and their associated workflows. The analyst will identify and document system functionalities and business processes, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and evaluate the technical architecture of OnBase Service Flows. A key responsibility is to identify gaps and propose solutions or migration strategies for retiring RIMs, ensuring business continuity. The role also includes translating business requirements into technical specifications, creating documentation, participating in testing, and providing post-implementation support.

Requirements

Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on analyzing and documenting enterprise systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex workflows and business processes.
Experience with document management systems like OnBase and understanding of Service Flow configurations.
Knowledge of system analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and impact assessment.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in creating technical documentation and diagrams using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management and terminology.

Responsibilities

Analyze End-to-End RIMs process including integrations with other systems and their associated workflows.
Identify and document all functionalities and business processes supported by the system.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, project managers and Product Management to gather requirements and understand operational dependencies on OnBase.
Conduct interviews and workshops with end-users to capture detailed requirements and pain points related to OnBase functionalities.
Evaluate the technical architecture of OnBase Service Flows, including integrations with other systems and data dependencies.
Identify and document potential gaps or areas of functionality that would be considered in OnBase upon retiring RIMs.
Propose alternative solutions or migration strategies to mitigate the impact of retiring RIMs, ensuring continuity of critical business processes.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
Create detailed documentation, including system diagrams, process flows, and impact analysis reports.
Participate in testing and validation of proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are scalable and efficient.
Provide support during implementation and post-implementation phases, including user training and troubleshooting.
