As an On-the-Job Trainer-Night, you help new hires become ready for the production floor by developing their knowledge, hands-on skills, and performance while they do the work. You shape the learning environment through clear strategy, steady support, and high standards. The role works onsite at night, Monday through Thursday, on a four-day, 10-hour schedule. When not actively training, you build cable harness/CCA assemblies as part of the production team.
