About The Position

As an On-the-Job Trainer-Night, you help new hires become ready for the production floor by building their knowledge, hands-on skills, and performance while they do the work. You create a learning environment through clear strategy, steady support, and high standards. You work onsite nights Monday through Thursday in a four-day, 10-hour-per-day schedule. When you are not actively training, you build cable harness and CCA assemblies as part of the production team.

• Be ambitious, organized, and highly efficient.
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to teach by example.
• Be comfortable working onsite nights Monday through Thursday on a four-day, 10-hour-per-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach new team members in their work area so they can reach proficiency and confidence.
• Lead structured training at an effective pace, encouraging new team members while keeping quality and safety central.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for the assigned production area.
• Build cable harness and CCA assemblies as part of the production team when not actively training.
