On-Site Supervisor
About The Position
The Onsite Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination and supervision of temporary employees at a client location. This position serves as the primary point of contact between the staffing company, client hiring managers, supervisors, and temporary employees. The Onsite Supervisor is responsible for identifying staffing needs, supporting recruiting and onboarding activities, monitoring employee attendance and performance, ensuring safety and training requirements are met, and maintaining strong relationships with both the client and assigned employees. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while effectively managing day-to-day onsite staffing operations.
