About The Position

Accurate Personnel is seeking a resilient, high-energy On-Site Supervisor who excels when the stakes are high. This isn’t a standard 9-to-5 role; we need a warrior who can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced warehouse environment, pivot instantly when priorities shift, and resolve workplace conflicts with professional poise. Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a On-Site Supervisor in Roseville! This role requires a "whatever it takes" mindset and is available for extended hours and overtime, often with little to no notice, to support our client's changing production needs. The On-Site Supervisor will manage field employees (attendance, coaching, and terminations) in an environment where priorities can change by the hour. They will walk the floor at least 3x daily to identify potential safety or personnel issues before they escalate and monitor time clock usage for attendance and payroll. The On-Site Supervisor will act as the vital bridge between the client and Accurate leadership, providing transparent reporting even during high-stress shifts.

Requirements

Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially when faced with last-minute schedule changes or operational pivots.
At least 2 years of experience in the warehouse or industrial staffing industry.
Ability to work independently and make firm, fair decisions on the fly.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of GMPs is a plus.
Fluency in English & Spanish is highly preferred to effectively communicate across a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving associate grievances, behavioral issues, and site-level disputes.
De-escalate situations in real-time while maintaining company standards.
Be available for extended hours and overtime, often with little to no notice, to support client's changing production needs.
Manage field employees (attendance, coaching, and terminations).
Walk the floor at least 3x daily to identify potential safety or personnel issues before they escalate.
Monitor time clock usage for attendance and payroll.
Act as the vital bridge between the client and Accurate leadership, providing transparent reporting even during high-stress shifts.
Create and edit spreadsheets.
Work with Novatime or Timerack to support payroll.
Support diversity and comply with EEO standards.
