On-Site Property Manager
About The Position
Arrow Real Estate offers full-service asset management for residential, commercial, and associations. We are looking for an energetic, passionate, personable, and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. The right candidate will be fastidious, celebrate innovation, and have an unwavering passion for providing extraordinary customer service to our valuable clients. The On-Site Resident Manager is a key member of our team and will live onsite at our 40-unit apartment community. The primary focus of this role is to maintain property standards and respond to after-hour emergencies.
Requirements
- California Real Estate License.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management.
- Proficiency in property management software, particularly AppFolio.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address tenant concerns effectively.
- Sales experience with a focus on leasing.
- Strong organizational skills for effective data entry and file management.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Nice To Haves
- 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
