About The Position

The Manning School of Business is seeking an On-Site Program Coordinator to support the delivery of GE2 workshops and programs. This role serves as the primary on-site lead, managing daily operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all participants.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED/equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Experience coordinating programs, events, or workshops
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with students or international populations preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee workshop operations, materials, schedules, and session logistics
  • Supervise interns and support participant engagement
  • Coordinate logistics for international students (housing, dining, transportation, arrivals/departures)
  • Plan and execute program events, social activities, and final ceremonies
  • Collaborate with vendors and campus partners to ensure seamless operations
  • Serve as the primary on-site coordinator for GE2 workshops and programs.
  • Manage and supervise interns during program sessions.
  • Prepare classroom materials, agendas, and handouts; procure supplies for speakers and students
  • Coordinate logistics for all program components, including field trips, company visits, incubator visits etc.
  • Organize and distribute certificates upon program completion.
  • Capture photos/video from each session and special event
  • Work with interns to interview attendees both before and after workshop
  • Coordinate all logistics for international students, including housing, dining hall access, transportation (as needed), and weekend excursions.
  • Organize and manage international student arrivals and departures.
  • Conduct passport check-ins and ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Manage Resident Advisors (RAs)
  • Plan and coordinate program events, including meet-and-greet sessions, coffee and lunch events, social activities, and final ceremonies.
  • Obtain and assemble SWAG bags for students and guest speakers.
  • Work closely with hospitality services and external vendors for all program-related events.
  • Organize social and community-based events when sessions are held in Lowell.
