Lead a large, multi-site logistics and sustainment workforce supporting a Marine special operations command. This is the senior on-site leadership role and primary customer interface. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Serve as the senior on-site leader and primary customer point of contact. Manage overall contract performance, staffing, and quality across all sites. Ensure compliance with the performance work statement, quality plan, and schedule. Lead transition-in and full-rate performance; resolve performance issues. Provide reporting, serve as the escalation POC, and oversee site leads.
