About The Position

Employer.com is seeking an On-Site Office Admin for a global real estate company's location in Southampton, NY. This role involves being the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring the smooth operation of the sales gallery. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for real estate, or an interest in the dynamic real estate industry. The position offers hands-on experience in real estate, customer service, and administrative operations, working alongside an experienced sales team in a high-profile luxury development. The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, making it suitable for consistent part-time work. The anticipated start date is ASAP with a target end date of September 7th, 2026.

Requirements

  • Availability every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM is required.
  • A friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Reliability and the ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information.

Nice To Haves

  • No prior real estate experience is required—hospitality, retail, event planning, or office administration experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Coordinate tours, prepare guests for appointments, and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Answer inquiries (in-person, via email, or phone), provide helpful follow-up, and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain a customer database with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keep the sales gallery and model residences looking impeccable by coordinating minor operational tasks (e.g., flower deliveries, IT support, housekeeping).
  • Assist the sales team and project managers with administrative tasks and communication.
  • Provide general support for the Sales Director and team as needed.
