About The Position
Freight Breakers LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Site Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and serve as the primary point of contact for both our employees and our client. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on ensuring smooth operations, maintaining a safe work environment, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing employees
- Basic computer skills and experience with payroll or timekeeping systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, supervisory, or management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees
- Enter, review, and correct employee payroll
- Monitor employee attendance and staffing levels
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a strong relationship with our client
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates
- Address operational issues and maintain productivity
- Communicate effectively with company leadership and the client
