About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Onsite Manager to serve as the primary link between our team and our client. In this role, you will oversee a light industrial/general labor workforce of approximately 50 team members, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain excellent communication with client management. No prior management experience? No problem! Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

Requirements

• Dependable, organized, and proactive.
• Ability to oversee and support a team of up to 50 onsite employees.
• Ability to maintain regular communication with client management.
• Ability to resolve day-to-day workplace issues promptly and professionally.
• Ability to collect, organize, and process employee documentation.
• Ability to assist with new hire check-ins, shift start-ups, and daily roster tracking.
• Ability to serve as the main point of contact for employee questions, attendance reporting, and general support.

• Prior management experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of up to 50 onsite employees, ensuring attendance, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Act as the client’s right-hand partner, maintaining regular communication, anticipating operational needs, and resolving day-to-day workplace issues promptly and professionally.
• Collect, organize, and process employee documentation (including sick leave forms, incident reports, and timecards) in a timely manner.
• Assist with new hire check-ins, shift start-ups, and daily roster tracking.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions, attendance reporting, and general support.
