About The Position

Join Ascend Staffing as a Bilingual On-Site Manager supporting one of our major customers in the DFW area. This customer currently has 100+ Ascend associate workers on assignment across six facilities, and we are looking for a second on-site team member to help support our current On-Site Manager with daily workforce operations, employee support, customer service, and reporting. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, bilingual, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment. You’ll play an important role in helping associates succeed while supporting a strong customer partnership.

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Computer-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable supporting a large workforce across multiple facilities
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Previous staffing, HR, recruiting, or workforce management experience
  • Experience in an on-site, customer-facing, or employee support role
  • Familiarity with timekeeping, scheduling, or attendance tracking systems
  • Experience supporting high-volume employee operations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key on-site contact between Ascend Staffing, associate workers, and the customer
  • Support the current On-Site Manager with daily operations and employee needs
  • Assist with attendance tracking, scheduling, call-offs, and workforce updates
  • Help support multiple customer facilities throughout the DFW area as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to associates and client contacts
  • Assist with onboarding, orientations, timekeeping, and employee documentation
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs
  • Monitor associate performance, attendance, and workplace concerns
  • Respond professionally and promptly to employee and customer questions
  • Use computer systems to track reports, updates, schedules, and employee information
  • Help ensure Ascend associates receive consistent communication and support
