About The Position

We are currently seeking a dependable, self-motivated On-Site Lead to oversee daily janitorial operations at our account in Elkton, Michigan. In this role, you will serve as the primary on-site manager, working closely with your Account Manager to ensure the facility remains spotless, fully compliant with company standards, and well-supported by a dedicated cleaning team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or team leadership preferred.
• Strong decision-making, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback effectively.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspect the facility to ensure cleaning standards meet company guidelines, address client feedback promptly, and secure strong customer retention.
• Train, mentor, and supervise On-Site Cleaning Associates. Identify high-performing team members and recognize areas where additional coaching or skills training is needed.
• Monitor labor hours, manage daily shift agendas, and maintain appropriate inventory levels for all cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Work directly with the Account Manager to resolve operational issues efficiently, resolve workplace conflicts, and communicate schedule updates or operational needs.
