About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented On-Site Assistant Management Executive to support the daily operations of a large residential condominium building in New York City. This role works closely with the Property Manager and Board of Managers to ensure efficient building operations, exceptional resident satisfaction, and adherence to all policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in property management or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in residential property management, hospitality, or a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of NYC residential building operations and regulations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day building operations, including maintenance, security, and resident services
  • Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage work orders and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Assist in vendor management, including scheduling, supervision, and quality control of external contractors
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to building operations
  • Support financial administration tasks, including invoice processing, budget tracking, and expense reporting
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with building standards
  • Assist with move-ins/move-outs, ensuring adherence to building policies
  • Support emergency response procedures and act as a point of contact during building incidents
  • Help organize and communicate building notices, updates, and community initiatives to residents
