As an Indispensable Business Consultant, you will act as a trusted business partner, strengthening long-term relationships with established customers and creating new alliances with key influencers and industry experts. You will make every customer appointment valuable by providing insightful thoughts, astute observations, and strategic considerations. Utilizing your sales and negotiation skills, you will achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for both customers and Red Bull, surpassing previous marketing and sales goals. A creative approach to problem-solving and marketing is essential to keep Red Bull number one in the On Premise channel. You will negotiate strong partnership agreements, build and execute an annual territory business plan, and execute Red Bull High 5 Excellence standards while tracking results. You will be responsible for direct territorial budgets, constantly evaluating for improved ROI, and monitoring product distribution to ensure no out-of-stocks through communication and training of distributor reps. Approximately 80% of your time will be spent in the field, calling on accounts. In Asset Management, you will ensure all POS items are tracked, staged, and displayed appropriately, maintaining their condition. You will plan territorial POS forecasts to achieve business objectives and fill, rotate, and face all Red Bull products in coolers during every visit to maximize sales.
