The Red Bull On-Premise Account Development Manager (ADM) is responsible for Red Bull ground level execution in their respective market. They will work independently managing assigned C+ account universe and then also with the sales representatives in their assigned accounts to increase distribution, visibility and sales in the On Premise. Responsible for coaching, developing, and training the Account Managers who touch Red Bull in the On Premise, all while providing quality customer service and maintaining brand standards. The OPEM will also serve as the direct liaison between Crescent Crown Distributing and Red Bull (Supplier). They will disseminate all Red Bull communication to the appropriate On-Premise Directors/DMs, including Red Bull initiatives, targets, action plans, trainings, etc. They will have the responsibility to manage the Red Bull brand at the distribution level and ensure delivery of the Annual Business Plan.
