About The Position

The On-Course Food & Beverage Supervisor provides support to the management team through a variety of administrative and operational tasks and the supervision of golf course food & beverage staff. This role manages all guest requests, complaints, and questions, ensuring all aspects are communicated to the appropriate leadership.

Requirements

  • Safe Serve Certified, as applicable.
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a restaurant.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Organized, positive leader who communicates well, supports team morale and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Commitment to excellent guest service food and beverage experience, ideally in a golf setting.
  • Team-oriented attitude.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Hospitality experience, especially in golf and food and beverage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist management with daily administrative tasks including purchasing, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, records control, and filing.
  • Accurately process all new hire and employee change paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Assist in reconciling all operational paperwork including guest receipts and vendor invoices.
  • Work with staff and management team to ensure proper cost controls and inventory levels.
  • Inform staff about special items for the day and product changes.
  • Coordinate with on-course staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with food and beverage service.
  • Prepare mixed drinks for service (must be 18 or over and licensed).
  • Understand and communicate products and services available at the resort.
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, and maintaining par stock levels for all carts.
  • Inspect beverage carts at the beginning of shift for par stock, cleanliness, etc.
  • Help other areas of the department.
  • Train Course Servers.
  • Assist with overseeing the on-course guest traffic and ensuring proper distribution of assigned stations.
  • Resolve escalated guest concerns.
  • Create and execute special projects and assignments.
  • Assist in answering telephone calls from guests.
  • Promptly respond to guests with any additional requests.
  • Perform the responsibilities of Course Servers and Outside F&B Clerks, as needed.
  • Be cross-trained to work in more than one outlet.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all courses, scheduling needs, and coordination of staff.
