About The Position

Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts at our Southfield, MI studio. You'll host live casino games - Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat - while players join online from around the world. This role is ideal for individuals with experience behind a bar or serving, as no casino experience is needed and training will be provided. The position offers a consistent schedule, tips every shift on top of a guaranteed hourly rate, and a clean, climate-controlled studio environment. There are also real career paths into trainer, senior dealer, and leadership roles.

Requirements

Current or former bartender, server, waitress, or barback
Energetic, people-oriented, and comfortable in the spotlight
Looking for consistent hours and a predictable schedule
Available for full-time shifts including evenings and weekends
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
Must complete pre-employment drug and background checks
Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
Comfortable wearing theatrical makeup (foundation, blush)
Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
Repeated use of both hands and arms
Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
Ability to communicate verbally to players
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time

Nice To Haves

No casino or dealing experience required
Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
