About The Position

Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts at our Southfield, MI studio. You'll host live casino games - Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat while players join online from around the state. If you've been working a front desk or receptionist role, you already have exactly what this takes. No casino experience needed. We'll train you.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
• Must complete a pre-employment background check
• Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Current or former receptionist, front desk coordinator, or administrative professional
• Polished communicator with a warm, professional on-camera presence
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to a consistent full-time schedule
• No casino or gaming experience required at all
• Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
• Ability to communicate verbally to players
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
• Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
• Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

• Deal cards, spin the wheel, and run game rounds using trained procedures
