About The Position

Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts in Philadelphia. You'll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world. No casino experience needed. No dealing experience required. If you've worked in customer service, call centers, retail, reception, or as a cashier or agent, you may already have exactly what it takes. This is not another customer service job. No headsets. No call queues. No angry customers on hold. No scripts to read off a screen. No register to operate. You'll sit in a modern broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and create a professional, engaging experience for online players around the world. Think: customer service skills + live hosting + studio environment. The communication skills you already have transfer directly here. The games? We teach you those.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass required background checks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania and West Virginia gaming license
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
• Customer service, call center, retail, reception, or cashier experience preferred

• Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Speak to online players in a friendly, clear, professional way

• Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy
