Requirements

Responsibilities

• Accurate and courteous processing of customer paying and receiving transactions
• Answering the telephone
• Assisting customers with inquiries regarding their accounts
• Performing other customer services that contribute to favorable customer relations and efficient operations
• Working within the policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations
