About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and organized On-Call Service Coordinator to support our clients and caregivers during after-hours and scheduled office times. This is a newly created role with an opportunity to grow within the company.

Requirements

  • Administrative or scheduling experience required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently and handling urgent situations
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Home care, healthcare, or senior care experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from clients and caregivers
  • Resolve after-hours service issues
  • Schedule and fill open shifts
  • Log calls and updates in scheduling software
  • Communicate schedule changes and urgent needs
  • Provide general office support during daytime shifts
