About The Position
The On Call Server provides reliable, high-standard table service to support food and beverage operations during fluctuating demand. This position exists to ensure guests receive timely, accurate service when events, peak periods, or staffing gaps require additional coverage.
Requirements
- Active Food Handlers Permit
- Ability to communicate clearly, maintain professional service standards, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Guest greeting and table management
- Accurate entry and delivery of food and beverage orders
- Ongoing table maintenance and reset
- Completion of assigned side work
- Assistance with event setup and breakdown
- Strict adherence to health, sanitation, and safety requirements
