Requirements
- Must have cash handling experience.
- Must be able to successfully complete a TIPS (responsible service of alcohol) training class.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
- Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
- Able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Mobility and dexterity to carry and serve a tray of beverages weighing around fifteen pounds.
Nice To Haves
- One (1) years’ experience as a cocktail server in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile and a pleasant greeting
- Conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive and professional image.
- Keep Bars and self-serve stations clean and stocked as well as any additional duties that are assigned by leadership.
- Responsible for familiarization of cocktails and prices to ensure proper ordering and expedition of beverage orders.
- Serve your assigned section in the proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by your supervisor.
- Follow all cash handling procedures of the F&B department.
- Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do the same.
- Inform immediate supervisor if a critical supply or service situation should arise.
- Observe and anticipate guests’ needs.
- Suggest and up-sell cocktails.
- Responsible for following the calling order when ordering cocktails.
- Ensure you are following your TIPS training for responsible alcohol service at all times.
