About The Position

This role involves taking drink orders from guests, preparing them accurately, and serving them with a smile. The server will also engage in promotional entertainment and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests. The position requires adherence to company policies, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in various conditions.

Requirements

Ability to understand and comply with all department and company policies and procedures, rules and regulations.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests.
Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform simple tasks, simple reading, writing and math skills, and the ability to compile information and memorize drink orders.

Responsibilities

Take drink orders from guests, arrange in specific order, call order to bartender, garnish drinks, and deliver correct drink to guest.
Engage in interactive promotional entertainment with guests and team members.
Offer every guest in the gaming area a beverage every 15 to 20 minutes.
Promote drink specials and describe nightly entertainment in the area.
Repeat order back to guest.
Serve beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner.
Maintain clean workstation.
Maintain cleanliness of section by picking up empty glasses and bottles on a regular basis and return all glassware to bar for cleaning.
Order drinks in proper sequence.
Order supplies when needed.
