About The Position

Global- a 1st Flagship Company, a woman-owned small business, is seeking an On-Call Security Inspector for its Pearl Harbor location. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and security of military assets. The company emphasizes Individual Accountability, Growth, Integrity, and Respect, and has been a trusted Prime Contractor for the Department of the Navy since 1964, managing and maintaining the U.S. Navy Inactive Ship fleet.

Requirements

• Must be observant and attentive at all times and able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to walk long distances, climb ladders, and perform other physical tasks.
• Requires a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling the facility, piers, ships, and surrounding areas to check for security, cleanliness, and safety.
• Inspecting mooring lines, checking alarms for fire or flooding, and monitoring vessels both on-site and offshore.
• Controlling access to the facility, allowing only authorized personnel in, and reporting any emergencies to the Project Manager or other authorities.
• Monitoring security cameras and alarm systems, and reporting any alarms immediately.
• Logging all visitors, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring proper access procedures are followed.
• Performing flag-raising and lowering duties (Morning/Evening Colors).
• Following company policies and procedures.
