Requirements

• RN license in the state of Wisconsin, required
• Current, valid driver’s license, required

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year experience in home hospice or home health preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call nursing care during nights and weekends.
• Build genuine one-on-one connections with patients.
• Travel to patient locations.
