Spartan Composites is seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Part-Time On-Call HR Generalist to support our growing operations. Interested? Here's what you'd do: Serve as the primary on-call HR resource, providing support as business needs arise. Assist with employee relations, including coaching managers, addressing concerns, and supporting conflict resolution. Support recruiting and onboarding efforts, including job postings, screening, new hire paperwork, and orientation. Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistency and compliance. Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation within the HRIS. Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment support, and employee questions. Support performance management processes, including reviews and corrective actions. Assist with training coordination, safety initiatives, and internal communications. Provide guidance on attendance, leave management, and workplace investigations as needed. Partner with leadership to support organizational needs and workforce planning. Participate in special projects and other HR-related duties as assigned. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, human resources, or a related administrative role.
