About The Position

The On-Call Maintenance Staff position at Cedar Irons Golf Course is responsible for maintaining operational standards, repair, and maintenance throughout the property. This role involves following all appropriate policies and procedures, using equipment only as intended, and reporting and addressing unsafe conditions immediately. The staff member will adhere to timelines and work schedules in accordance with the preventative maintenance program, ensuring the security, cleanliness, preventative maintenance, and repair of all tools, equipment, and safety features. Additionally, they will ensure timely and courteous follow-through on all client, guest, and team member requests, and maintain clean and organized maintenance storerooms and workspaces.

Requirements

Two or more years of related education, training and/or experience
Working knowledge of proper chemical handling and disposal
Working knowledge of proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools utilized at the property
Ability to interpret manufacturers literature for installation, preparation, use and maintenance of various materials and products used throughout the property
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Hourly Pay Range: $19 to $20 DOE
