About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking dedicated and compassionate On Call Hospice Nurses to join their dynamic team. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in need. The position offers a balanced 7 days on - 7 days off schedule, allowing for a good work-life balance. The nurse will be an integral part of the Hospice Team, making a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families.

Requirements

• Current state RN License in good standing
• Willingness to participate in field visits and attend weekly meetings
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and conditions while on call

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospice care is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong empathetic and compassionate approach towards patients and their families

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls
• Conduct patient visits
• Perform tuck-ins
• Manage admissions as required
