About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized, and efficient professionals with hospice experience to join their Hospice Family. This rewarding opportunity is for an On Call Hospice Nurse with 7 days on - 7 days off shifts available. The On-Call RN will be responsible for triaging patient calls, making patient visits, performing tuck-ins, and completing admissions as needed.

Requirements

• Current Arizona RN License in good standing
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers

Nice To Haves

• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls
• Make patient visits
• Perform tuck-ins
• Complete admissions as needed
• Participate in field visits daily
• Participate in weekly office meetings as indicated
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on an on-call basis
