We are seeking On-Call Front of House Staff for Events to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a member of the FOH Staff, you’ll work at a variety of upscale events across Maine, delivering high-quality service and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. This is a flexible, per-event role ideal for individuals who value professionalism, enjoy variety, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

  • Strong guest service and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to events throughout Maine
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Attention to detail and a genuine team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a FOH hospitality role — serving, bartending, catering, or event support
  • TIPS or ServSafe certification a plus (bartender applicants with prior bar experience encouraged)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional food and beverage service in your assigned role — bartending, serving, or event support
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including dining areas, buffets, bars, and beverage stations
  • Work collaboratively with the full FOH and BOH team to ensure smooth, coordinated service
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, guests, and fellow team members
  • Uphold the luxury service standards that define the 58 Culinary guest experience
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, polished appearance and bring a positive, team-first attitude to every event
