About The Position

East Wind Nannies is hiring college students who love kids to join our Caregiver Team. Our caregivers provide backup care for wonderful families throughout Pittsburgh — and the best part is you choose the shifts you want to work. No fixed weekly schedule. No asking a manager for time off. Just flexible work that fits your life. This role is especially great for students studying: Education, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, Child Development, or anyone who simply enjoys being around kids. It’s also a fantastic way to build real childcare experience for future careers. Families post available shifts through our app and you decide which ones to accept. That means you can work around your class schedule, pick up shifts during breaks or lighter weeks, earn extra money when you need it, and work with different families and age groups. You stay 100% in control of your schedule.
