Requirements

Master’s degree in Theology, Divinity, Religion, Counseling, or related field
2 years of pastoral experience for on call
4 years of Clinical Pastoral Education
Eccelsiastical endorsement from the appropriate denomination

Nice To Haves

Previous hospital experience
Certification or certification eligible by pastoral care organization

Responsibilities

Provides spiritual and pastoral support to patients, family members, visitors, and employees and provides supportive services to the community.
Provides spiritual care and counseling to patients, families and visitors, hospital staff and community.
Provides appropriate assistance to patients, family members.
Conducts worship services.
