As an Evening On-Call Caregiver, you will be a hero who covers last-minute client needs between 5 PM and 11 PM. You will lead the way for new clients by handling their very first "transition" shifts, mentor and support other caregivers in the field who need a professional hand, and act as the "eyes and ears" for our Care Coordinator, ensuring every client stays safe.

Requirements

Current PA CNA license OR at least 4 years of verifiable HHA experience.
Availability for the full 5 PM–11 PM window.
Flexibility to work with any client across Montgomery County.
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

Cover last-minute client needs between 5 PM and 11 PM.
Handle "transition" shifts for new clients.
Mentor and support other caregivers in the field.
Act as the "eyes and ears" for the Care Coordinator to ensure client safety.
