About The Position

Are you a homecare professional who thrives on variety and is ready to save the day at a moment's notice? If you have a heart for care and the flexibility to step in when our clients need it most, we have a place for you on our team. As our On-Call Specialist, you are a leader in the field. You will be the hero who covers last-minute client needs between 5 PM and 11 PM. You will lead the way for new clients by handling their very first "transition" shifts. You will mentor and support other caregivers in the field who need a professional hand. You will be the "eyes and ears" for our Care Coordinator, ensuring every client stays safe.

Requirements

Current PA CNA license OR at least 4 years of verifiable HHA experience.
Availability for the full 5 PM–11 PM window.
Flexibility to work with any client across our service area of Montgomery County.
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

Cover last-minute client needs between 5 PM and 11 PM.
Handle the very first "transition" shifts for new clients.
Mentor and support other caregivers in the field.
Act as the "eyes and ears" for the Care Coordinator to ensure client safety.
