Requirements
- Prior caregiving experience with flexibility for on-call shifts preferred.
- Must be available on short notice for varying shifts.
- Quick adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to care.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Completion of a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, companionship, and household support as needed based on client requirements.
- Offer meaningful social interaction, activities, and emotional support to clients.
- Be prepared to adjust and perform a range of caregiving tasks based on individual client needs and circumstances.
- Observe and report changes in client health and behavior.
