Your main responsibilities will include crafting delicious cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring every guest enjoys a fantastic experience. You’ll engage with guests, taking drink orders and providing recommendations while maintaining a friendly, upbeat atmosphere. Your schedule will be an on-call arrangement, meaning flexibility is key! Prepare for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business demands. Being available on short notice is essential, so if you're ready to dive into the action when the excitement is at its peak, this is the role for you. Requirements

Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation (cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, spirits)
Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
TIPS or equivalent responsible alcohol service certification
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and computer literacy
Adherence to safety, sanitation, and liquor-law compliance
