About The Position

Act as the OMS Assistant Track Coach. Athletics in Owatonna are considered a continuation of the educational process, and the coach is expected to coach accordingly. Consistent and reliable attendance is required. The rate of pay is a $2,000 stipend. The school district does not offer benefits for this position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of experience playing or coaching track.
• Extensive knowledge of skill development.
• Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
• Focus on leadership and the Owatonna community as a whole.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OMS Assistant Track Coach.
• Coach in a manner that recognizes Owatonna athletics as a continuation of the educational process.
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
