About The Position

The Omnichannel Manager will be responsible for managing consumer dropship accounts while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to develop and execute customer-specific omnichannel strategies that drive visibility, conversion, sales growth, and brand presence across retailer and distributor digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, category management, omnichannel strategy, or key account support.
  • Experience working with major retailers, distributors, marketplaces, or foodservice accounts.
  • Strong understanding of: E-commerce best practices, Digital merchandising, Retail media, Digital shelf management, Omnichannel retail strategies
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with digital shelf and e-commerce analytics platforms such as Profitero, Salsify, Syndigo, Edge by Ascential, Stackline, NielsenIQ, Circana, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing dropship programs
  • Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG), foodservice, or retail industries.
  • Knowledge of retailer media networks and digital advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Hoffmaster's consumer division dropship business across assigned retailer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for item setup, dropship operational performance, growth opportunities, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop omnichannel growth strategies for key customer accounts across both Consumer and Foodservice divisions.
  • Develop customer-specific omnichannel growth plans for priority Consumer and Foodservice accounts, including recommendations for assortment, content, search, retail media, promotions, and digital merchandising.
  • Lead online assortment analysis to identify product gaps, new item opportunities, delisting risks, and channel-specific assortment recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital sales performance, customer experience, category penetration, and market share.
  • Analyze category performance and support the development of customer growth plans with actionable digital commerce recommendations.
  • Utilize digital shelf, ratings & reviews, and customer data to identify assortment, content, pricing, search, and conversion opportunities that improve category visibility and support customer growth objectives.
  • Conduct regular customer website audits to evaluate search placement, product discoverability, competitive positioning, merchandising opportunities, and promotional execution.
  • Identify and resolve content issues impacting conversion and discoverability.
