About The Position

The Omni Operations Analyst supports the Omni Order Management team by providing end‑to‑end analytical coverage of Foot Locker’s omnichannel operations. In this role, you will focus on identifying performance trends across the order lifecycle by conducting root cause analysis and delivering data‑driven insights to improve operational efficiency, order quality, and customer experience. At Foot Locker, we're redefining how orders move from click to customer. We're building a brand new Omnichannel Fulfillment team from the ground up. BOPIS. Ship-to-Home. Last Mile. EDD. Returns. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in fulfillment analytics, supply chain operations, or omnichannel retail
  • Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excited about continuous improvement and problem-solving
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Business or a related field a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with order management systems or WMS platforms preferred

Responsibilities

  • Analyze omnichannel operational performance across the full order lifecycle, from order placement through fulfillment, delivery, post-purchase experience and returns
  • Monitor core omnichannel KPIs to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement across digital and store-enabled order flows
  • Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on operational issues impacting speed, accuracy, cost, and customer experience and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Store Operations, Merchandising, Digital, IT, Finance, Customer Experience) to investigate issues, support initiatives, and drive resolution of systemic operational challenges
  • Support technology and process improvement initiatives by translating business needs into data-backed requirements, performance metrics, and success measurements
  • Contribute to peak planning, capacity analysis, scenario modeling, and performance risk assessments to support seasonal and promotional demand
  • Assist in the preparation of executive-level business reviews, readouts, and decision support materials
  • Support vendor and partner performance analysis where applicable, using data to inform conversations and improvement opportunities
